We run weekly group exercise classes throughout the year here in Ibiza. Whether you are on holiday or live here all year round, you are more than welcome to join us!
Expect to sweat! A full body workout that will push your strength and endurance - intense but you will have fun, we promise! A combination of strength, cardio, core and mobility.
This class is for all levels. Modifications are given for beginners through to advanced.
Locations: Cala Tarida & San Antonio
These classes are fully strength based and low impact. They are aimed at building strength and lean muscle mass and a big emphasis on correct and safe technique. The class is usually split into lower body or upper body focused.
We use a wide range of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight exercises.
This class is for all levels beginner through to advanced.
